Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

Full payment is required in advance before service commencement.

Our commitment

We want every client to feel confident engaging us. This policy is straightforward: we are clear about what is refundable, what is not, and why.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind, let us know within 1 hour of payment and we will issue a full refund of our service fee, as long as we have not yet initiated work on your matter.

When processing has commenced, we have already committed time, expertise, and in many cases coordinated with government authorities on your behalf. At that point, service fees are non-refundable.

Government and third-party fees

Any government fees or third-party charges paid on your behalf cannot be recovered, regardless of the outcome. These are paid directly to external authorities and are outside our control.

Outcomes we cannot control

We give every matter our full attention, but we cannot guarantee decisions made by government bodies, courts, or external authorities. Delays or rejections from these parties are not grounds for a refund.

What is not covered

We are not able to process refunds for change of mind after work has started, changes in personal circumstances, or situations caused by external parties beyond our control.

How we process refunds

Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used and issued in AED. Only our service fee is eligible. Government fees and third-party charges are not included.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Payment confirmation

Once payment is received, we contact the client directly by email with the receipt issued from our end.

Need to reschedule? No problem. Just give us at least 4 hours notice by WhatsApp or email and we will sort it out.
