Simplify Advisory Solutions FZ-LLC ("Simplify Advisory", "we", "us") is a UAE-based professional advisory firm. By using our services or website at simplifyadvisory.com, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We are professional facilitators, not lawyers. We coordinate with notaries, ministries, embassies, courts, translators, and government authorities on your behalf. Where legal advice is required, we will refer you to a qualified legal partner. We do not guarantee the outcomes of any external authority, government process, or third-party approval.

Your engagement

Every engagement is confirmed in writing with a clear scope and fixed fee before work begins. By proceeding, you confirm that all information and documents you provide are accurate and genuine. We are required to conduct client due diligence in line with UAE regulations, which may include identity verification and document checks. We reserve the right to decline services based on the outcome of any due diligence review.

Payment

Full payment is required before service commencement. Government fees and third-party charges are quoted separately and payable at actuals. All fees are in AED unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise our service fees at any time, with changes applying to new engagements only.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Payment confirmation

Once payment is received, we contact the client directly by email with the receipt issued from our end.

Website and account use

Simplify Advisory Solutions FZ-LLC maintains the https://www.simplifyadvisory.com website ("Site").

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and simplifyadvisory.com policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Timelines

All timelines are best-effort estimates. Processing times depend on third-party authorities and are outside our control. We will keep you informed of any delays or changes throughout your matter.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the total service fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss arising from delays, decisions made by external authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
